The Inflection Point Gathering
Step back.
See clearly.
Decide what comes next.
A weekend for the decision you can’t solve by staying busy
Three days on Bowen Island, away from the noise.
A small group. Each person arrives with a real decision, transition or inflection point to work through.
Through facilitated strategy sessions, reflection, small-group coaching and time to think, the goal is not to leave with every answer.
It is to leave clearer about what matters—and what comes next.
Some decisions can’t be solved by thinking harder
Inflection points rarely arrive with a clear answer.
Sometimes you’re choosing between two good options. Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you’re not yet sure what. Sometimes the decision looks practical on the surface—career, business, relationship, money, where to live—but underneath it is a bigger question about what you want your life to look like from here.
The problem isn’t always a lack of information. Sometimes you’ve thought about it so much that more thinking has become part of the problem.
You might be here because…
There’s a decision you keep circling.
Business, career, relationship, money—or something harder to name.
You’re choosing between good options.
There may be no obvious right answer.
Something that used to fit doesn’t anymore.
But you’re not sure what should replace it.
You know something needs to change.
You just can’t quite see what yet.
You’ve asked people you trust.
And somehow more advice isn’t making you clearer.
You’re asking: what comes next?
Not abstractly. For you. Now.
You don’t need to arrive with the answer.
You just need to arrive with a question worth answering.
We won’t spend the weekend trying to force an answer. We’ll look at the decision from different angles, question some of the assumptions around it, and make room for what you may not have considered yet.
There will be structured work, conversations, and time on your own. Because sometimes clarity comes from the work. And sometimes it comes when you stop working on it.
Three days.
One question worth working on.
Friday
ARRIVE
Step away from the noise.
Arrive, settle in and meet the small group you'll spend the weekend with.
We'll start with the question you brought with you. What are you actually trying to decide—and what is making it difficult?
We'll end the evening with dinner together.
Saturday
EXPLORE
Look at the question from different angles.
Saturday is where we do most of the work. We'll challenge assumptions, look at what's pulling or pushing you in different directions, and examine what may be shaping the choice you’re making.
There will also be time to think, walk, talk—or do nothing for a while.
We'll come back together for a special catered dinner.
Sunday
MOVE FORWARD
Decide what comes next.
By Sunday, we'll bring the pieces back together.
Maybe you've made the decision. Maybe you've realized there's something you still need to learn or test before you can.
Either way, the goal is the same: to leave clearer than you arrived, and know what to do next.
Space changes things
There is a reason we're leaving the city.
For three days, we'll be surrounded by forest and ocean on Bowen Island. Far enough away from everyday life to see things differently. Close enough that getting there doesn't become an expedition.
There will be places to gather and places to disappear for a while. A long table for meals and conversation. A fire to sit around. A sauna and hot tub. The beach a short walk away.
And time when there is nowhere else you need to be.

Everything you need to step away for the weekend
From Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, we’ll take care of the details so you can focus on why you came.
